Group SS501 member's Kim HyunJoong won the 1st place after the solo debut.
On 16th of June through the cable TV broadcast Mnet 'M! Countdown', Kim HyunJoong won the 1st place with his title track 'BREAK DOWN', beating SECRET'S 'Starlight Moonlight'.
He thanked his agency, family & fans, and especially his agency's president, Bae YongJoon. In addition, he also shared his happiness with one of his SS501 member, Heo Youngsaeng who is currently active in 'Let It Go' activities.
On the other hand, Kim HyunJoong have launched his solo mini album 'BREAK DOWN' on last 7th of June. This album was completed in an approximate 1 year time between the US and Korea with Kim HyunJoong directly involving himself in the album production.
The title track 'BREAK DOWN' dynamic sound of powerful e-brass and synthesizers with south urban style based dance added to Kim HyunJoong's dance performance made it intoxicatingly impressive.
