Singer Kim Hyung Jun recently talked how he feels about his debut as an actor.
On January 4, Kim attended a press conference for KBS’s new weekend series She Radiates Herself and said, “Since I’m appearing on a TV series for the first time, I was very nervous.”
He added, “Since I’ve been a singer for a long time, I was worried that people might feel awkward with me performing in a series.”
“This is the first time for me to perform in a series so please be generous to my performance. I will work hard to become a great actor.”
Kim will play the role of a top star named Kang Min, who is not polite and likes women. He keeps encountering Ji Hyun (played by So Ee Hyun), who hushes up a rumor of Kang’s romance.
The series is a romantic drama about people who work at a broadcasting station. A writer, producer, and top star will form a love triangle in the series. So Ee Hyun, Park Kwang Hyun, Kim Hyung Jun, Go Na Eun, and Chae Young In will appear on the series.
The first episode of the series will air on January 7.
