CHINA – South Korean superstar Kim Hyun Joong is proof that pop idols can let down their hair and have fun too.
The 26-year-old singer-actor was a guest star on Hunan TV’s Happy Camp, widely recognised as China’s biggest variety show.

Kim, who shot to fame with his role in the TV drama Boys Over Flowers, had fans in stitches by donning funky spectacles and a girlish headband with ribbons, and even gamely doing a wacky dance.

According to Sina Entertainment, free tickets to the studio taping of his episode on Happy Camp were going as high as RMB3,500 (S$650) on the black market.
