Korean singer and actor Kim Hyun-joong, who is gearing up to drop his second Japanese single soon, will hold a joint performance with the famous Japanese singer Naoto Inti Raymi next month.
On Tuesday, KEYEAST revealed in a press release that Kim will stage a collaborative performance with Naoto Inti Raymi, titled "DOUBLE FANTASISTA 'GREAT ASSIST,'" at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan on July 14.
A rep with his agency explained that Kim and Naoto Inti Raymi formed a close friendship after playing soccer together during Kim's last visit to the country.
In the meantime, Kim will hold two sets of his showcase "Kim Hyun Joong “HEAT” 2012 in JAPAN" at the same venue on July 15, to celebrate the release of his second Japanese single "HEAT," set to drop on July 4.
His sophomore single composed of two songs including the title track "HEAT," which he worked with famous Japanese musician B'z, and "Let's party."
He is currently in China for his ongoing Asia fan meeting tour. The final two shows will each be held at the Shanghai Gymnasium in Shanghai on June 9 and at the Beijing MasterCard Center in Beijing on June 10
