By: LazerKim       Today June 6, 2012 is a very special day for Kim Hyun Joong. It was on this same day 6th day of June in the year 1986 that a star was born. A happy mother gave birth to a bouncing baby boy that I’m sure never in her wildest dream that the baby boy she was holding in her arms will someday be a star being adored by everyone! She gave the name Kim Hyun Joong to her baby boy and filled him with love and care, that he grew up sharing that love to others. The most beautiful person to Hyun Joong is his mom, whom I would be ever thankful to her for raising such a wonderful son and sharing him with us.
We have met with Hyun Joong, it is known to us fans as to who he is an artist and as a person in reality off cam. But what is it that no matter how you reverse the situation in most circumstances this guy just remain as he really is without being pretentious? And people accepts him as he is and love him for who he really is. If we trace back his background, he came and was brought up in a good family filled with love and I would say having God as the center of their family. In short Hyun Joong came from a religious family.
Hyun Joong has so many traits that is likable and lovable. For me one of the most admirable trait Hyun Joong has is his compassion to the less fortunate. They said charity begins at home. We already know the struggles Hyun Joong had been through during his high school days and the time he was already undergoing his training. From the time he dropped out from school he never asked money for allowance from his parents, instead he worked as part time restaurant crew to be able to support himself on his daily needs while training. Little that we know despite of his hardships in life Hyun Joong was able to manage his finances and was able to save money from his hard earned job.
Hyun Joong has an elder brother who was at that time a student in a university. His family was having a hard time to support his elder brother’s education and his parents came to a decision to let him stop from school. Back then one time Hyun Joong gave a novel book as a present to his elder brother and told him to read it. His elder brother opened the book and found a check worth 300 million won, as Hyun Joong said to his elder brother that he does not need to stop school and he has to continue until he finish college.
At the very young age that time Hyun Joong was just a trainee and at the same time he was working part time at the restaurant. But he learned to save every penny that he can earn to be able to send his elder brother to school. Hyun Joong by nature is thrifty to himself but gallant in helping others. Until at present he’s still the same, I can see that from the food he eats, and the places where he eats. His mom was saying there are time Hyun Joong walks from work to home, and when he’s not home he content himself eating noodles just to save his money. The cheaper the better.
A star like Hyun Joong can be seen in fine dining restaurant but unfortunately during my research about this guy I have never seen him having dinner in a fine dine except that time he was with his boss Bae Yong Joon and on cam interviews. But normally you can see him in an ordinary restaurant eating ramen and content himself by just that. Well, this is just how far I can see from him. It’s like if he’s spending for himself he’ll settle to a less expensive.
They said people get rich if they know how to use their money. From childhood Hyun Joong was already taught how to save and keep money in the bank. He grew up that way, he works hard and knows the value of what he earns and use it wisely. That’s Kim Hyun Joong. In business he shares it with his closest old friends and his family. In his career, he gets just enough for him and gives anything in excess to charity. He never forgets this, and we have witness it, from the concerts he performed, he gets his professional fee of course, but aside from this he also has the profit share from the concerts.
And that profit share goes to charity. In one of my articles I have mentioned an elder fan gave Hyun Joong a red pocket worth USD3,000 which he refused to accept but the elder fan insist. Right there Hyun Joong informed his elder fans that he’s giving the cash to charity for homeless kids. These are just a few incidents that you can see from Hyun Joong as to what kind of person he is. His being helpful to the needy did not happen only when he’s already capable of earning huge income. History tells that even he was on the stage of struggling in life in order to survive, he shares what he has for his elder brother’s education.
This article is just a part of review on how we have known Kim Hyun Joong as our ONLY ONE! There’s another thing that showed a very simple giving that I can never forget. During Hyun Joong’s SS501 days, he mentioned that he wants to give a free concert tickets for students who can not afford to buy it. This echoed again at Lee Sora’s talk show as Hyun Joong said in his last performance he want to give a free concert for his fans. He will place a can that fans can put in any amount for charity.
Actually this wish came true last year as he performed a launching showcase in Seoul last year June 7, 2011 right after Hyun Joong’s birthday and it was said that the show was for free for his fans. It’s been a year since then as Hyun Joong debuted as a solo singer. One of the most unforgettable moment during the show was when he read his letter to his fans as Hyun Joong hold back his tears from falling, while reading the letter.
Hyun Joong for the first time disclosed his feelings of fear, worries with his fans. It was a total self submission to his fans as if he was having a heart to heart talk with them that you can feel the connection. Hyun Joong said from that moment on all he wants to bring to his fans are happy moments worth to be remembered.
And it came true, because from that moment on, Hyun Joong’s chain of success starts building up non-stop until at this very moment. That every time he gets out on his exposure the bigger number of fans followed him and so his popularity even boost higher and his career phasing is just racing like a bullet train!! Actually I have also notice even in this blog site had also gained many Hyun Joong fans, meaning many are already taking interest in Hyun Joong’s story since I write exclusively for Hyun Joong only. His career development is just so remarkable and his popularity boosting is just unbelievable!!
As to yesterday’s update, the most anticipated Hyun Joong’s second Japanese mini album of HEAT has been gaining more and more attention prior to its release. HEAT was composed and produced by B’Z who is considered as a national Japanese musician. In the news, it was reported that this song has an addictive lyrics over an exciting beat suitable for summer season. With this album Heat, Kim Hyun Joong shall have another change image into a more powerful and strong man.
Kim Hyun Joong from the new album Kiss Kiss at the time of the debut album in January, Japan’s soft image transformed into quite different from the strong man, confident, charismatic and intense eyes, armed with different predicted that radiate charm. The album shall be released on July 4 and there shall be a free concert on July 14 and 15 at the Saitama Super Arena. This is another event that Hyun Joong shall perform in another new image doing a new music concept that will rock the stage of Japan. What more can you ask for from a talented star full of vitality and versatility in this generation.
As Hyun Joong celebrates his 26th birthday today, he had matured for another year again. But Hyun Joong is still young to have achieved so much as an artist. It’s only been one year since Hyun Joong debuted as a solo singer, but I feel I have been so busy following his activities and every step of the way I learned from him. Time flies so fast that I hardly noticed his bags of awards had already been filled with recognition.
And if I’m gonna write his diary of activities from the time he launched his first album Breakdown, I must admit I’ll be racing like a horse being exhausted before I can reach Hyun Joong’s current achievements!! Because it seems to me what others can achieve in years, Hyun Joong just got all of those in less than a year since the rest of days are simply his rest days from his public exposure!! And those rest days is not even resting for him because he was training with his acting coach.
Hyun Joong said there’s a three weeks rest before he starts his activities in Japan. Are you kidding me? Right after his concert in Saitama on July 14 and 15, he’s already set to start filming his come back drama City Conquest. And so I believe he has two homework to do, rehearsals for the concert Japan and preparation for the drama. That’s how I see it as he calls the three weeks rest as rest from exposure is what rest for him mean!!
In the mean time, Hyun Joong is set to leave for Shanghai China on the 8th Friday to perform at Shanghai Gymnasium on the 9th. This is another tight schedule since on the 10th he is flying to Beijing to perform on the same day to complete his Asian Tour Fan Meeting Concert event. His fans would surely gets busy with updates again sharing the events in China as it unfolds.
Today is Hyun Joong’s big day and many of his fans do celebrate it among themselves. Lucky fans from Chengdu and Guangzou were able to celebrate Hyun Joong’s birthday with him. I remember in Chengdu his fans wore those panda caps and you can see Hyun Joong eyes were glowing upon seeing them and he said “many pandas”!! He was like a child looking at them with his cute smile.
And so what would you wish for Hyun Joong on his birthday? This day he is set to blow 26 candles on his birthday cake, there’s another year to look forward to, many challenges ahead to aim the winning crown, and another year ahead of fun memories to share with his loving fans…..
My life drastically changed, that even I’m stuck in one place, I have something to look forward to everyday of my life, that’s filled with inspiration in writing a life story of a man filled with sincerity in his heart. Life can be full of struggles, but I’m lucky to have known somebody to ease the burden for me, as Kim Hyun Joong became my light to walk in the fate of life, that I can share with everyone.   As for me, I share with everyone’s wish for him on this day…
