[News] Park Jung Min wins court case to terminate his contract with CNR Media

SS501‘s Park Jung Min‘s provisional disposition to terminate the validity of his contract with CNR Media has been accepted by the court.
Back in April, the singer had submitted the disposition on grounds of not being properly paid for his work. At the time, he had claimed, “Aside from the 150 million Won I received last year, the company has not been paying my income properly. I am asking to have my contract terminated.”
On July 31st, the Seoul Central District Court granted the provision, effectively terminating his relation to the company. Officials explained, “Park Jung Min has won the case in terminating his contract. We will be discussing the details of his future soon.”

SS501′s Park Jung Min recently won a suit against his agency, the CNR Media.
As the court accepted Park’s application for provisional disposition to terminate the validity of his contract with the CNR Media, which was submitted in April, he can now be free from his agency.
On July 30, the Seoul Central District Court accepted Park’s application for provisional disposition to terminate the validity of his contract with the CNR Media, making it take legal responsibility for not paying Park for his work.
Park says, “It took a long time to set myself free. I felt bad because I had to fight against my agency because they didn’t pay me for my work, but I feel better now.”
Park is currently planning for the second half of 2012.

After successfully concluding his first solo live tour ‘2012 1st Story in Japan‘ back in April, SS501‘s Kim Hyung Jun is preparing to head back to Japan for another live tour to commemorate the release of his new album ‘ESCAPE‘.
The singer is scheduled to leave for Japan on August 1st and launch his tour on August 3rd, traveling to the ZEPP music halls in cities like Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, Nagoya, and Sapporo. Kim Hyung Jun will conclude his concert on the 26th with a total of 9 concerts and hopes to firmly position himself as soloist and a Hallyu star through this tour.
SWAVE E&T, sponsor of the tour, stated, “Representatives in the music industry are showing high interest in the upcoming concert and the release of the new album by Kim Hyung Jun, who has been gaining much popularity in Japan. This will be his opportunity of appealing to a broader range of fans as this is his second nationwide tour in Japan. Please anticipate Kim Hyung Jun’s performances and future activities.”
Kim Hyung Jun will be releasing the Japanese version of ‘ESCAPE’ on August 8th.
