Kim Hyung Jun came back to Korea after holding several successful Japanese concerts during August.

His second solo EP Escape was released in Japan and he toured Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Nagoya to hold the ‘Kim Hyung Jun 2012 2nd Story in Japan.’ He held the last concert in Sapporo on August 25, then returned to Korea.

Kim held nine concerts in total in six Japanese cities and received an explosive response from over 10,000 local fans. He showed off his charms as a solo singer and proved his high popularity in Japan.


The EP in particular emphasizes Kim’s manly and mature charms. He captured many female fans by giving powerful performances and singing songs, including the title song “Sorry I’m Sorry,” which portrays a sad man who broke up with a girl.

He also sang songs and ballads from his old TV series. His attractive and lovely appearance heated up the venue and made the fans go crazy.


Besides holding the exclusive concerts while staying in Japan during August, Kim kept busy appearing on several Japanese TV programs and giving interviews to local media outlets. He also held a national signing event and a hi-touch event to communicate with the Japanese fans.
