On April 13th, SS501 member Park Jungmin left a comment on his Twitter, stating, "I was hoping to solve this issue privately, so I’m very sorry for letting so many people worry about me. After the problem has been solved, I will begin my activities again with a more energetic look. I’m very thankful for everyone’s concern and support."

The tweet was left after Park Jungmin filed for the nullification of his contract with CNR Media, as he felt apologetic towards his fans due to this dispute. Park Jungmin first joined CNR Media back in 2010, after experiencing issues with SS501 as a group and eventually leaving DSP Media. However, Park Jungmin felt that the profit division between himself and CNR Media was not appropriate based on their agreements, and therefore requested to be freed from the exclusive contract between the two parties.

After reading the tweet, Park Jungmin received many supporting messages, saying, "Park Jungmin oppa fighting," "I believe everything will get better," and "Once the issue is resolved, you can thank your fans by presenting a healthier and happier look."
