KHJ couldn't wait to get to the stage.
Here , the night of November 3, 2011, right there at the entrance stepping into the red carpet Kim Hyun Joong's song started blaring out announcing his arrival at the Style Icon Awards night. Alighted from the red Ferrari , he started singing,and with his dancers, started dancing. It was at street level, with the fans cheering wildly his arrival as he did not walk in as is customary. Perhaps many were caught unaware with what he has done while he continued as if it was the most natural thing to do until he got into the proper stage,into the waiting arms of the equally appreciative audience inside. Kim Hyun Joong looked every inch the conquering hero who just returned from a successful conquest.
In that dazzling number opening the night's show who could miss the blonde, all white attired lucky guy with touches of black and white in his inner shirt and shoes, with his signature bling bling of a pendant accessory now dancing and singing before them. It was a sight as the runway models sashayed into the stage one by one. The stage was beyond description of glamour and glitter, of the latest trend , and Kim Hyun Joong -the stylist icon himself for 2011 declared later in the night for the third time in a row. The audience knew it -it was him and no other and chanted his name. Who better could have pulled that grand scene of fashion and Korean pop music together than Kim Hyun Joong.
The lucky guy who made his own luck looked naturally dashing , can even appear appropriate in rags. He has graduated from the costumed frills of his earlier days in showbiz into a trend setting icon at ease with elegance and grace while showing he is a performer par excellence.
November 3,2011 Kim Hyun Joong's stage began on the street level -not a far cry from his busking day at Macao, in Boys Over Flowers.That is life and art blended as one. But this time he showed a more complete package of what an artist could be.

Kim Hyun Joong showed off an impressive performance on stage with the models from the survival program'Challenge Super Model Korea Season 2′ on cable channel On Style.
Kim Hyun Joong's fashion sense drew attention in his zebra-like print shirt matched up with a white jacket and black pants. The look was perhaps, reminiscent of John Travolta in 'Saturday Night Fever' stepped up a notch on the cool meter with the white-rimmed aviator sunglasses.
